Complaints
Although Karmenz S M T will always try to meet the highest standards of training if a
student feels they have a complaint this can be made in writing within 21 days of the course finishing date to Karmenz S M T, Billing Garden Village, The Causeway, Northampton NN3 9EX . The complaint will be thoroughly investigated by the chief instructor and any action needed will be taken and a report will be sent out to you.
